Alizée

Designed in collaberation with French TV chef and columnist, Babette de Rosière, the Alizée range is made from Pillenium* and its' evocative & asymmetric shapes are inspired by the tropics.


The collection was awarded First Prize for Innovation & Novelty at Equip'Hotel 2006


*Pillenium is a new clay mixture containing aluminium oxide allowing for thinner, finer pieces and offering an additional 20°C resistance to thermal shock. Resistance to mechanical shock is multiplied between 2 to 7 times dependant on item shape (compared with a catering grade traditional clay mix).
